Woo hoo! (with a hint of Eeeeeeeeeeek) biggrin

Just booked our round the world tickets!

Argh - quite scary!

So thought I'd better set about getting all my contacts lined up and see if anyone's going to be anywhere near us at any stage.

Our (vague) plans are as follows:

London - Goa (9th November)

Make our way North into Rajasthan and the foothills, leaving from...

Delhi - Bangkok (16th December)

Explore Thailand, Cambodia etc, making our way eventually down to...

Singapore - Bali (10th February)

Spend a bit of time in Indonesia before flying from...

Bali - Perth (3rd March)

Explore a bit of the West Coast before...

Perth - Adelaide (31st March)

Set up home somewhere for 3 months, working and getting more funds together

Sydney - Christchurch (21st July)

Freeze our nips off and look at pretty mountains, before going from

Auckland - Buenos Aires (28th June)

Overland over to Santiago, making our way up to...

Lima - New York City (19th August)

NYC - London (23rd August)

Large portions of niceness biggrin

Anyone fancy meeting up for a beer somewhere then? wink

G'day possums.

Me and the missus 'ere have now finished our journey along the ol' Great Ocean Road which was fair dinkum bonza. We're now in Victoria Harbour down on the Fleuerian Peninsulaaaaaaaaaaar, which is right good.

Shall be arriving back in the 'laide Friday night (hopefully make it to the Bridge) and spending last couple of days with the folks, then ummm no idea.

Thanks to poofter-boy Ben for his lovely hosting - and errr....might you be around Sunday evening at all? wink

Well, we weren't originally planning to - but flight changes might make it so we have to.

Currently in Bright which is having it's Autumn fair - positivley quaint.
Climbing Mt. Kozcisuosco tomorrow which should be fun...

Have seen so much wildlife it's daft, only thing we haven't seen in the wild yet is a Koala...

Hopefully will make it to Moonfest - depends what this weather is going to do!

Hello again smile

We didn't actually summit Mt. Kosiwatsit, as we were thigh deep in snow at 1800 metres... still it was fun.

2 days from Brisbane, currnetly in Armidale which is apparently a "city" - nice waterfalls mind you...

Moonfest soon! biggrin Woot!

So we hear!
Not sure what we're going to do, not planning on being in Brissy right through to Friday, but might head vaguely north and pass back through on Friday.
Then making our way to Sydney and flying out on the 1st.

Nice to be back in the sun again!

I met a Malcolm, I met a Malcolm

biggrin

I can now say I've been to the actual Home of Poi - both Mr Malcolm's house and the warehouse itself. Also met the rest of the Crawshays and they're all spectacularly lovely smile

Thanks for putting us up for the night Malc - we made it as far as Oamaru. smile
