Didn't there used to be some kind of "report thread" type button?

I'm already tring to sort a browser problem with the admins, i don't want to bother them with things like a sperate email on an out of forum thread which will be foudn eventually anyway, I'm just curious... This might also be a browser problem? I really remember it but i can't find it now....
