i created it (i think)ages ago, butyou only use one poi, so it is good if your doing fire poi and one goes out,
what u do is do the figure of eight in front of you, and when its going down chuck it under the opposite leg(so if your spinning it in the left hand chuck it under the right leg etc) and catch it then carry on doing it...

This can be done while spinning two poi also... No need for just one. In fact, there are a TONS of different throws, and they can all be done with both poi.

Falling over? Well obviously youre not doing it under both legs at the same time. What I mean is you can, for instance, throw the one under your leg while continuing to spin circles with the other... Or even toss under both legs but in split time so you have a little time to switch in between.

like:
under arm, over arm, under leg, over leg, wibbles, dibbles tribbles, foot wibbles, btb throw in front catch, btb throw btb catch, multiplexing, neck wibbles, whip catch, whip toss, penguin throws, blah blah blah...

Tribbles = One wibble more than a dibble
Flibbles = Foot wibbles
Elbibbles = Elbow wibbles?

There's a thread somewhere on HoP about throwing poi...
You could always try a search wink

try throwing one up in the air and switching hands with the other poi to do a 2 handed throwing trick or just switching poi in mid weave or continuing to spin one poi on one side of you while you toss the other poi thru your leg or over your arm. It sounds harder than it actually is but it is possible

Try search "Poi moves" for "Wibble" and you find thread called
"Contact moves" or somehow like that where Elasta describe this new contact movements.

OK, Wibbles are easiest with weighted handles.

When you throw the poi, You catch it on your hand at the handle end and let it bounce off (the same way you let a Wrap bounce off your arm/leg/manatee)

When The poi has bounced off your hand, you let it do one full rotation in the air before catching it again. This is a wibble. The amount of rotations defines whether it's a wibble, Dibble, or tribble.

You are not just confined to 'bouncing' it off your hand, you can use any other part of your body, or even your surroundings, theoretically...

I think I'm right in this explanation... Anyone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong... smile

"I beamed them all over to the Klingon ship where they'll be no tribble at all"

I've been doing tribble style things with meteors for a while but never really got them. I guess I'll just stick to butterfly wraps.
