I've started making my dream come true.
Until this day I've owned and managed www.firepoi.net
Which I've used to promote myself as a fireperformer.
And it's starting to get outdated and crap..
SO, now I wanna do something different.
I'm gonna split the whole site in two.
One for performance-promotion, and the second are gonna be a norwegian poi and fireperformance resource-site.
Users will be able to find lessons, guides, articles, tips, advice and inspiration, all in norwegian.
With that I hope to increase the amount of poi'ers here in Norway.
I've already gotten a group on its feet here in Oslo, and hoping to use this site to unite poi'ers across the country.
So what I need from you guys are thoughts on this project, suggestions, input and things that would be nice on this sort of site.
Feedback from Malcolm would also be greatly appreciated (I've heard rumors he got experience in this field, just rumor though
)

re: the shop part of the site which i reckon you should make!
at the very least the wholesale only people wouldn't mind you internet selling (hopefully HoP would be ok with it too)
More info on what is being sold!
description of construction/components of the poi as well as/instead of: the long winded standard splurb about what wonderful patterns they make at night. (Not too much of a pain and you only have to do it once.)
detailed photos of the stuff being sold!
-zoomed photos of:
handles (detailed enough to see the stitching!)
link beween handel and chord/chain
link between cord/chain and poi head
and obviously the poi head
I hope HoP allow retailers to online sell the stuff on. Is that allowed? obviously your prices would be set by what HoP and other suppliers sell it to you at, but us euros could get HoP stuff from norway without paying as much for postage. Everyones a winner .... apart from the postage guys in NZ
