(Or roughly translated, newbie with the Flu).

Fisrt off: A big hello to all smile

as this is my first real post (apart from intro).

So anyone else got it? Flu that is.

Gah, i'm trying to learn Poi and two weeks in i get Flu, typical.

I've been pretty much sleeping for 12hrs a day for over a week now and my limbs feel like they are moving through treacle (syrup).

Feeling glum I bought some new glow Poi on Sunday to cheer me up ubblove

but this Flu leaves me utterly exhausted after about 5 mins of hard core poi action.

So what gives? Anyone else in the UK got Flu in the middle of the great british summer.

It's not fair, I need a hug .
