im sure everyone has noticed it a bit.
it is one of those things that can calm you down, with or without fire.
i find if i get bored, i can poi, if i feel the need to calm down, i can poi, if i need to just get outta the hosue for awhile and have a reason for playing my techno loud, i can poi.

Swimming is my other outlet. I actually find that it works better than poi. Poi is great, but poi doesn't get my pulse up to 170-180 and hold it there for an hour and a half.
Endorphins: the best drug of all.
