It's all the chemicals in food these days, messes up the brain giving us irrational phobias.
How about these for weird phobias:
Eurotophobia- Fear of female genitalia.
Geniophobia- Fear of chins.
Genophobia- Fear of sex.
Luiphobia- Fear of lues, syphillis.
Medomalacuphobia- Fear of losing an erection.
Phallophobia- Fear of a penis, esp erect.(Medorthophobia- Fear of an erect penis.)
Pyrophobia- Fear of fire. AS IF!
Zemmiphobia- Fear of the great mole rat.

Erotophobia- Fear of sexual love or sexual questions Dextrophobia- Fear of objects at the right side of the body.
Heliophobia- Fear of the sun.
Ithyphallophobia- Fear of seeing, thinking about or having an erect penis
Merinthophobia- Fear of being bound or tied up
Phagophobia- Fear of swallowing or of eating or of being eaten.
