I don't know about everyone else but for me looking at a UV\blacklight is irritating. I love UV reactive stuff but not the light. I suppose you could find creative things to do with UV lights and UV reactive materials on poi or staff but using it as a direct light source would drive me nuts.

and mtbeer.... its not meant to be a direct light source.. not for what I'm using it for anyway.. wouldnt that be a bit dangerous anyway.. I mean someone catches a glimpse of the led and it burns their retina or something.. wink
