YAY 4 ME!!!!!!
Just got back from a running camp for 4 days, that i did as part of my rock climbing training, and on the last night of it (tuesday) i lit up my brand-spanking-new-made-by-me double staffs and went absolutley skits!!!
I had been practising unlit for a good week or so, but i still managed to pull off:
-normal spinning (dont laugh it took a while for my left hand to come to life)
-triple beats on oposite sides
-right hand throws that stayedd in time with the beat (still working on the left, its not alive yet)
-double beats on the same side
-and parallel spinnering
also had a bit of fun doing some single staff on some 4 foot stilts!!
so all in all im quite proud of myself!!
piccies are on they're way, just gotta get lal's to burn em to a CD, then i'll post em up!!

Those ones are pretty much what i was useing the other night, except they only had one pole to stand on insead of two, they'd probably be better for spinning.
