i am at work and just got a call from my mum tellin me theyn have just bought a swimming pool. i am soo jealouse and can't wait to get there on saturday and jump straight in. but i bet it will rain as soon as i get back. anyone else as lucky as me?

i am only 5-10 miles away it's just i have no car so a pool is nice

The sea is great, love it too, but you cant beat a pool for relaxing in in clean comfort. I had one all my life up until 4 years ago when I moved to the UK.
*sigh*
but the sea does indeed rock!

nope, i leave that to the boys...its cool, i get to sit and admire them *drool* its not too good for surfing round here anyhow. generally i just swim and party (beaches are the best thing for partying on)

I've probably seen the sea about 5 times in my life time, just twice in my adult life. (In England that is)
Every time I went, as soon as I smelled the sea, it was like I'd taken loads of drugs and got all hyper (like I was 6 again!)

The bf's bro lives in houston, tx, and he had a pool built. Through every stage he emailed us pics:
"here are the work men"
"diggers"
"lots of dirt"
"A huge hole"...
you get the idea!!!

Yay pool. i was at beach yesterday...wasn't so good.... lots of *cough* people everywhere (heck I love swimming but hate sand arggggh)
A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

Dont burst my bubble! Its the ocean, all seven of them and theres waves and palm trees and sand and.....(yes I do relize this is all in my head.) ok, well call it a big puddle then, but still swimmable!
