spin and get paid....might get you more work which means more money which means being able to go to glade if the same dilemma comes up next year.

Gig, definitely, the Glade will (probably) be there next year and this gig sounds like a really good opportunity to get some money and exposure.

Glade, and shop the gig out to friendly local spinners! angel2 biggrin

Seriously, how badly do you want to go to glade and how desperately are you in need of money? Could you do the friday night for the gig and head over to glade on the saturday?

Also, what would you rather have - some money that will probably be all gone in a couple of months or memories from Glade and maybe having to cut back on going out for a couple of months?

eek Thats the first I've heard of it I'd better book my flight back pretty quickly then!!!!!! (I'd just like to state here how much I hate computers as it just posted my post while I was still writing it..)

Anyway Strugz I guess it is down to you mate. I have no idea what I'd do if I were you but I imagine I'd probably go with the Glade as it was sooooooooo amazing last year. On the other hand if the money you earnt would get your arse down to Oz quicker I'd say go with that for purely selfish reasons!!!! Its a tough one mate - is the gig just for you or could you do what someone suggested before and do the Friday part and get some other sotoners (or burnt toasters wink for that matter) to take over for you and go to the glade for the rest of the weekend? Keith only made it for the Sunday night last year and still managed to enjoy it!!!!

Good luck choosing mate (mmm, Dreadzone playing Sat night...) and have some hug hug cos I miss you!!!

Depends how much you need the money mate, if you need it lots then sell your glade tickets on eBay, get your gig cash and don't look back. If you don't need the money all that much then go to Glade and have a wicked weekend of it.

Hope you're happy which ever you choose hug Although of course NEITHER will be as good as the first event that weekend you passed up on wink
