Just thought I would find out where all you crazy people work...
I expect a range from No job to president of the silly islands but would be nice to get an idea of how diverse the spinning community actually is......
I work in Shipping (Imports and Exports) and it is duuuulllllllllllllllllll.
But been doing it sooo long that I have loads of experience in logistics (nothing like my Sport or biology degree) redface

A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

I work in Whipsnade Zoo, just on the gate and occaisonally in the shop and in the car park.

It's great, I get to go round the best zoo in the country on my lunch break, it's a mile from my house, I like everyone I work with and I get to spend about 5 hours a day getting paid for reading the book of my choice. Minimum wage, but still.. smile

EDIT - I'm also a student, but it's the summer so I'm free from eeeefil uni wink

I work for two specific clients, a well known cable company and a domestic appliance insurer. I cannot mention their names for legal reasons. My title is accounts executive, but I dont have anything to do with accounts. (confusing I know) I'm the bridge between the two clients and my company basically.

I work for an agency of the city & county of San Francisco that makes grants to nonprofit arts organizations here in SF. I review grant applications, make funding recommendations and insure that the $ is spent properly. I took this gig because it's an arts grantmaking job (I've worked in the nonprofit arts for a decade now) not because I have grand designs of being a bureaucrat till I retire. But the benefits are nice.

I mainly work in holes; large holes, small holes, some as big a bus. Today I'm writing about working in holes so that men with yellow machines can build things over my holes. Tomorrow I get to go in a big coal hole.

I'm vaguely claustrophobic too.

There is a slight possibility that I am not actually right all of the time.
