Just thought I would find out where all you crazy people work...
I expect a range from No job to president of the silly islands but would be nice to get an idea of how diverse the spinning community actually is......
I work in Shipping (Imports and Exports) and it is duuuulllllllllllllllllll.
But been doing it sooo long that I have loads of experience in logistics (nothing like my Sport or biology degree) redface

A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

i work with people who have disabilities. I'm a casual at the moment cos i'm doing nursing at uni now, but i was full time for a few years. the main place i work at is an adult day center, so i work with 20 clients with severe disabilities. we run recreational and skill development programs, like physio, cooking, outings etc.

i love it, i love the people that i work with: staff and clients. it's sort of like a family (a big noisy family!), and it was really hard for me when i went back to uni and had to go casual. it can be bloody hard work, and i work with a few people with really challenging behavours, but i'd prefer that than being bored or dissatisfied with my job.

At the moment, i'm a full time pre-trade student, learning the mysteries of electricty. Its a year-long course that knocks 6 months off of my apprenticeship. Anyone else see what i see in that maths?

Before this:
-Laboratory electrical technician assistant (work experience)
-Stock replenishment (fancy name i coined for nightfill)
-Food delivery assistant (ok, i drove pizzas)
-6 months of uni, full time. Bachelor of applied science (civil aviation)
-Butcher assistant - cleaning (great. 4 hours per day of cleaning up blood. just what you need after a day at school)
-Burger flipper at hungry jacks (aka burger king)
-Driveway maintenance (fancy name for yardboy)

I love making up cool names for jobs. even if it's not my proper job title, as long as its not incorrect, and sounds really good.
