Yep; altough I doubt we'd actually see the seller sueing the bidder if they renege on the deal, as quite often happens with these silly auctions.
Incidentallly, I was congratulating the seller; not the bidder. The bidder is quite obviously a fool.

i think it was on here that there was a thread started bout stupid things on ebay, i said on it about bags of air taken saying that someone famous breathed in it once, maybe they took my idea off here?! im gonna sue em! lol daz (but really, i did post that)
