hello wave

i recently managed to find a supplier of shellsol d60 local to my home.

this made me very, very happy biggrin

shellsol d60 is already used commonly by firespinners in australia and comes highly recommended as a cleaner-burning alternative to paraffin - i.e. less soot and less smell smile

shellsol d60 msds

by buying in fairly large quantities, i have negotiated a price of just over £1 per litre with the supplier - which is pretty comparable to the price of paraffin in the uk.

so, because i will have lots and because i know that this is a hard to find fuel at good prices, i would like to offer to sell on shellsol d60 (at cost price) to anyone who is interested.

i plan to buy at the beginning of next month so if you are interested and live/work/play in or around the london area, please either pm me or post your questions here.

cheers poiple hug

was thinking exactly the same myself smile

although i do worry slightly...
i'm pretty sure you and i could make a pretty noticable dent in the uk's weed supply if we get our smoke on in the same place at the same time... ubblol

the same goes for anyone that's expressed an interest in this fuel actually - as soon as i've bought it and can confirm final prices, i'll pm you with full details to confirm you're still interested and we can arrange places to meet up.

hey sacha wave

it turned out that i wasn't sure how much i could sell off - i would have had to have bought a drum of the stuff to get the price down to a decent level and i haven't been able to spare that kind of lump sum in the last couple of months.

i may still get hold of some but only if i have an easy, regular outlet for it.

if you want to order some direct from the suppliers (at a higher price than paraffin, but so worth it), pm or email me and i'll hook you up with the details.

now, a 'spitalfields'?
what's that...?
i'm busy tonight anyway, whatever it may be wink

Cole is it possible to get a drum of the stuff and sell it at Play...... I'd be willing to chip in some of the initial cost if it was.

Good on ya cole! Last time I went up with gita to Wacol, QLD, Australia to get d60, we bought up possibly nearly all that was left. The guy said that next time round we'd possibly have to get d70 instead. Higher flashpoint still. though would hate to get it burning on skin.

I've been looking at Shell's other offerings and Shellsol DSC looks a bit interesting.. anyone with opinions?

Btw trivia for anyone: D stands for de-aromatised!
