sorrys narrs post was me,

i just grabbed the video, and yeah, i liked it

two thngs that i think you should do is
1) stop running away from your dart, you seem to bend and flex away from the head as it comes round you this might be down to 2)

2) plane control, you really need to work on your big transition circles, ones you have these down and solid, most moves will follow as you will be able to eneter and exit well.

are you going to falmouth 4? im planning on running a workshop for rope dart there, so if you wnat a good jam session.....

Mech - Thanks for the advice!
In defense of the poor spinning I should add that:
1)it was my first rope dart fire spin and I was a bit worried about it
2)I'm still using the evil bungee cord (where did you get the rope for the ones you made for ross and strugz?)
I still need a lot more practise with it to get the plane control sorted, hence I'd really like to see some more rope dart vids from the community.
I will be at Falmouth 4 (barring acts of God, of course) so I'll look forward to your workshop! I'm thinking of bringing the video camera with me this time so I'll be looking to get a bit more rope dart footage - I'm just surprised there's so little on HoP given that there's a good few spinners out there who do rope dart

work on your extensions, dont release more rope, try bringsing your hands together instead to release the rope between your hands

also i would work on the big circles tuff, loads to work on there....
