ok well its confirmed.

IVe booked the date in, and so now we have a lovely big Hall with a Kitchen and toilet block, along with a big ass campign area and flat area to use for the weekend! sept 30, Oct 1, 2 and 3. Its in a beautiful location only 5 minutes from the closest Public Transport and Supermarket, or 25 minutes by car from the Adelaide GPO. We can arrange transport to and from the site from the Bus stop given a bit of notice.

We've also bought a big ass markee to use as a 2nd learning area if the workshops get too big to fit in the hall.

I was thinking we could also have a bit of a party on the saturday night if people were able to chip in for a PA...

so yeah - if you are interested in something or doing something else - say so!

and yes - there will be a large campfire, and a big fire spin.

Pyrolific I wasnt redface redface

When Ben and Lex came we went for a spin and the comment was made theres a waterfall further up. So we walked to it "are we there yet" but there was no water, just pretty smooth rocks. biggrin

Your suggested walk sounds beautiful ubbloveif a little energetic.

I have since found a waterfall though!!!

do you mean Morialta Gnorc? Im talking about the upper Torrens river not 4th Creek smile The Torrens runs all year round...although a lot faster and deeper in winter / Spring smile No Waterfalls tho...

I can defintely recommend going for a walk in Morialta Conservation Park tho if the weater is good, its a beautiful example of the Mt Lofty Ranges Natural wonders, and again, less than 10 minutes drive from Common Ground. smile Theres an awesome (but strenous) walk you can do from Common ground to the top of the Morialta falls - takes about 2 hours each way tho...and is kinda hilly. at that time of year tho could be something to think about for those so inclined?

mmm its a nice view from up there... i used to live nearby

But i am excellent at packing.
I can cram them into my luggage and if they're small enough, a few into the overhead storage compartment!

eekat the volumes of thread.
The cup result: inconclusive. Looks a little bit like a random road trip all over the country, with a little puddle that somehow signifies winding up in adalade. But then I might just be reading it upside down. And Katinca confused me with her slight of hand (although any cup will speak the truth if you can figure out how to read it). Anyways, hope to be able to come play ubbrollsmile

Lexy would fit in a suitcase quite nicely so you can cart her off with you but I think Ben might have something to say about that.

If I wasn't so tall I would say definitely take me....
