ok well its confirmed.

IVe booked the date in, and so now we have a lovely big Hall with a Kitchen and toilet block, along with a big ass campign area and flat area to use for the weekend! sept 30, Oct 1, 2 and 3. Its in a beautiful location only 5 minutes from the closest Public Transport and Supermarket, or 25 minutes by car from the Adelaide GPO. We can arrange transport to and from the site from the Bus stop given a bit of notice.

We've also bought a big ass markee to use as a 2nd learning area if the workshops get too big to fit in the hall.

I was thinking we could also have a bit of a party on the saturday night if people were able to chip in for a PA...

so yeah - if you are interested in something or doing something else - say so!

and yes - there will be a large campfire, and a big fire spin.

Mesa a Melbourne resident these days but my fire spinning roots hail all the way back to that little itty bitty town called Adelaide biggrin
I should probably take this opertunity to say how big the Adelaide fire community has grown in recent times.
I remember back when it was a big night if ten of us came along, now a small night means theres only one dj, five drummers and fifty bystanders.
This was back when Josh and Kate were still in India and a mere urban legend to us newbies.
Myco, are you a Hawthorn resident by any chance? umm
Hehe, can't wait til October, I'm surrounded by die hard jugglers all day *twitches and mutters* ...Must.....Train.....Harder.....

I was at Aubrun station once....never again!

I got approached by a man and I was so frightened. He had slurred speech a staggered everywhere. He (with a butted out old smoke in his mouth) asked me if I smoked and I said no. He was staggering around scattering cigarette butts as if he was trying to grow them or feed the chickens I felt bad....I was the only one at the station and I was petrified. And I thought he was going to fall off the platform. frown

Yeah...so anyway...firetwirling meet. Woo!
