nice vid. really helpful =) next thing is the regular waistwrap (weave-time)... wich seems to be harder. i don't understand that "do not put an extra beat here"-thng. it was quite easy to see what you meant when i watched the vid, so maby i can make this work...

i do mine totally different(well, slightly, behind hand comes through the gap rather than.round the outside, tho on good days i do both)

oh yes.
by looking back, i realise mine have an extra beat btb. if you come around the outside then you cut out one beat.
if you want a look at any of the other kind, with a few variations, at least some of them are on 'how to' and 'spinach sessions' videos from last year and the year before.(both on poiinthepark)

you CAN cut out the carry, and its really fast and frantic. i tend not to cause it allows for more variation.

if i get time while away up north(next week) i'll try to do something, because:
after playing a bit with this, i now have 6 different bf waistwraps(4 from reverse, 2 forwads) before adding variations in.
