you get on the train that goes to Falmouth Town and Falmouth Docks, but do NOT get off in Falmouth Docks, get off in Falmouth Town

We are the music makers, We are the dreamers of dreams,
Wandering by lone sea-breakers, And sitting by desolate streams;
World-losers and world-forsakers, On whom the pale moon gleams;
We are the movers and shakers of the world for ever, it seems.

You're still on the official list on the wiki. (I've also added the birthdays list)

People just can't seem to get the idea that the forum list is completely redundant. It seems they just pick any old list at random, add their name and think they're included. The last one quoted is about a week old, and has several names missing that are on the wiki version.

I'm going to PM everyone who's quoted the list and ask them edit and replace it with links to the wiki, as it's obvious that keeping a list going in the forum is pointless. If there's still lists on the forum in a few days I'll ask the mods to intervene.

People who ask don't get added, they get added to outdated lists, or two people post a list in quick succession, and then one of them is missing from the last posted list.

The only problem the wiki has is no-one redirects people to the right place when they mistakenly quote a list in forum, despite the fact the opening post states that the list is on the wiki.

Was just thinking - maybe this year it would be good to get a nice group photo of people that attend. Maybe Saturday afternoon we could get everyone together for a group photo session.
what do people think??

Can anyone donate the cattle prods, tazers, chloroform, riot gear, 2x4s etc. needed to organise a large group of HoPpers into standing in one place long enough to get their picture taken? tongue

probably get hold of a few cattle prods ubblol

It's just we all love the videos and wait eagerly for them to be made availble. i just though it would be nice to try and get something that the majority of people are on and make availble for people to have copies of. At least if you turn up for the photo you know you're going to be on something rather than trying to spot an invisible cameo on a video.

Just an idea that i would certainly like to be a part of as a reminder of a fab weekend.

have finally made my way through all these pages...can't wait and so glad everyone is so excited, last time was so great.
i don't really do all this editing stuff and complicated things with puters, so can someone add me to this list.....i'm currently working on sorting out babysitters but may have to bring the sprogs again but maybe just for one of the nights...hope no-one minds too much. But seeing as it is jedi-spidey's 5th birthday on the sunday expect an over excited mini-lunatic causing havoc.

you got a willing minder here hun, just ask! biggrin my sis may join us along with 2 neices of 10 and 13, so they'll play too....

You might on there ubblol

Well here it is, i'm offering to take the photo. I can tell people a time and day.
If people want to turn up and be in the photo then great.

I was also thinking of printing off some A4 photos and sending them to people if they were interested. A nice keep sake.

I sure with the intelligent people travelling to Falmouth that they can bunch up and smile on demand in the same place at the same time.

Maybe if the photo call was begun with "ping" they'd come running?? wink

Well maybe at another event where people are more up for it. frown

I thinka group photo should be defintely be done, but like last time at clapham sometimes its taken and people dont know about it and arent there, so i propose we get a stake or something with a print out saying something like 'Group Photo at 2pm' or something and stick it in the field but where everyone walks past when they go off to the loo or shower or what have you

Excellent idea.

Bringing stuff in my car is fine Linden_rathen, but try not to have huge amounts of stuff, because with 5 people in a fiesta + equipment, it might be bit tight.

I'll take you up on the drink though! beerchug

Is there a list on Wiki for those who want to be in the photo and get a copy?

lol i dont think we need to put that on wiki, i assume everyone wants to be in the photo and fi they dont they dont need tot urn up for it

lets not overdo it on the oprganising, originally the list was simply whos going whos poss going and workshops, i think if it gets much more than that it just gets too confusing
