so its like, you're doing 3 beat weave behind the back, and instead of split-timing them so they're at opposites (ie LHP top of arch while RHP at bottom of arch), you synch-time them, and then carry on BTB, except you do two spins on each side, and you have to rotate your hands inbetween spins on each side, so that if you're presently on the right side, your left hand would need to be closer to your body before you spin your last spin and rotate to the left, where you would spin again, and in so doing move your right hand closer to your body, so that when you begin your transfer to the right side, you wont get tangled up.

please, if someone can explain it better than me.. do so.. smile

does it even make sense..?

those that know, dont say. those that say, dont know.

If [Old link] is kind of what you are describing, than yes I am with you smile

And if you want a challenge I can recommend [Old link] variation. Quite difficult and I still cannot beleave that Draghkyre can do it clean in 2 beats, but I am always open to surprises hug

have fun

andy

Sounds like a BTB 4 beat parallel weave. I can do the 2 beat version BTB, but that's not really so hard ubblol

for anyone that wants to learn antispin weaves/crossers, andy's move above can do wonders for your understanding of the isolation type control required.

I keep practising wall plane antispin weaves (they're a lot easier than wheel plane ones) and I agree, this is handy for getting antispin stuff down... getting that odd "pushing" action down smoothly.

nice ressurection andy.. I hadn't played with that in quite sometime.. that's one of those moves that makes people with glowsticks cringe.. though I don't find it much easier with my monkey fists either..
