Ok so after have the chance to get up to Uberstaff and meet all the loverly Irish folk that went, ive decided that they are all so nice that they should be visited very soon.

If not only to steal more staff trix wink

So far they have kindly offerd places to stay, but are not sure on numbers but we are all grown ups and ive started this here so we can be a little organised.

Im thinking the weekend of the 17th June we fly over and come back on the Monday , then we can have much harcore spinnage on sat and sunday along with much tea drinking and doobie making smile

Call it a tribute to Uberstaff cool

So what i would like to know is who in ireland can make it to Dublin that weekend, and who in the Uk wants to come with me biggrin

So far the list of the UK attacking team is:

Frodo

2bags

Strugz

Dunc (in spirit)

Birgit

MCP

Skully

Vixen

Nate

So any other takers? flying from gatwick return will be max ÂŁ40 if we book in next few weeks! smile the earlier we can decide the cheaper it will be!

Let the dissciussion begin weavesmiley

hello again lovely spinny juggly folk

here's a brief run-down of our plans for the weekend of the uk invasion:

Thursday 16th:

folks arriving on thursday evening, take the bus from the airport to the city centre and we'll ensure there's someone there to meet you. thursday nite will probably just be a couple of drinks and/or smokes back at mine

Friday 17th:

most of us dubs are working on friday so whoever's here already, or arriving early, is free to explore the city, hunt for leprechauns, paint your a.rse green, whatever takes your fancy...

your hosts should be in city for more meeting & greeting from about 5pm onwards. i'll be pm'ing you our numbers so you can ring/text when you arrive. dublin's a small little place, you won't get lost smile

friday evening we've decided to meet at the pav (Pavillion) in trinity college. it's probably not be best bar in town but reasons for this choice of location were:
they sell beer in cans which you can take out onto the lawns where there's ample room for spinnage and twirlage, though no fire
it's on the grounds of the college which is slap bang in the middle of the city centre
there'll be no problem for anyone under 18

not sure if we'll get to do any fire on friday nite, but i guarantee you all a fun nite regardless.... biggrin

Saturday 18th

the plan is to leave the city between 5 & 6 and head out to tara. there's not much point in heading out any earlier as we can't pitch tents until the tourists have left, and besides, a few days before the solstice it won't be dark till 11pm... so we've loadsa time for chilling, exploring, soaking up the energy... peace

also, we may need to pick up fuel in lenehans before 6. we're trying to sort out some transport for bringing the heavy stuff ie fuel, out to tara. if we can we'll bulk buy and you can just pay us later, but i can't promise anything just yet. declan got us a 10% discount at lenehans too as long as we're buying more than 50 litres clap

Sunday 19th

sunday's still all a bit up in the air. i'm personally not a great fan of too much organisation. too regimental for me, and usually all goes pearshaped. there's a few things we could do, but lets just leave our options open and go with the flow....

can't wait to see you all in dublin grouphug

My mind not only wanders, it sometimes leaves completely smile

Aidan... bring the tent along, we'll probably need it anyways.

Colleen... yep, I shall be handy with tent erecting...

And Lisa, splendid... well done... However, I may just add that I am not working on Friday and so can arrange to meet people on St Stephens Green on Friday afternoon for spinning in the park.

I can look after the English til you all arrive biggrin
