Posted:Ok so after have the chance to get up to Uberstaff and meet all the loverly Irish folk that went, ive decided that they are all so nice that they should be visited very soon.

If not only to steal more staff trix wink

So far they have kindly offerd places to stay, but are not sure on numbers but we are all grown ups and ive started this here so we can be a little organised.

Im thinking the weekend of the 17th June we fly over and come back on the Monday , then we can have much harcore spinnage on sat and sunday along with much tea drinking and doobie making smile

Call it a tribute to Uberstaff cool

So what i would like to know is who in ireland can make it to Dublin that weekend, and who in the Uk wants to come with me biggrin

So far the list of the UK attacking team is:

Frodo

2bags

Strugz

Dunc (in spirit)

Birgit

MCP

Skully

Vixen

Nate

So any other takers? flying from gatwick return will be max 40 if we book in next few weeks! smile the earlier we can decide the cheaper it will be!

Let the dissciussion begin weavesmiley

i'm going with flybe, i trust them ALOT more with my luggage than ryan air, not alot of warnings about oversized luggage, and no extra charges for it either.....read closely strugz it does say you'll have to pay extra and i think its more than 7.50 more like 18 pounds if i remember correctly from researching it for my flight to graz

Strugz - you can take it on as long as it's checked in. There's an extra charge for sports equipment (e.g. golf clubs, skis etc) so to be extra sure try and pack your gear so it just looks like a normal bag.

Ok, I got this info from a check in agent in Dublin but I've asked a duty manager who I know and he tells me that there shouldn't be any problem checking staff's through and they shouldn't be considered sports equipment. He said we can use his name if there are any problems.

Strugz - really sorry if this came too late for you. If anyone else is flying Ryanair PM me and I'll give you the details.

Frodo - If you're flying Ryanair you need your passport or a driving licence with picture. Most other airlines are the same but some accept student cards etc

where did you get that smiley from, why? biggrin

I am sad enough to collect smilies that I like and keep them in my back pocket for random appropriate occassions. But sadly I have a excremental memory so have no idea where half of them are from.

- first there's no way that i can buy any tickets yet, i have to wait until money comes in next month because there have been way too many outgoings this month

- second i really should have a summer job by then, and i can't really decide to take time off from a job i haven't yet got when i'll have been working there less than a month!!

so i guess i have to see how the flow takes things........

Posted:Cool, that makes it a little cheaper . . .
OK can people help me out with times they are arriving and leaving as to make it easier to travel in big groups from and to airport . . .
10.35 arriving at 11.25 in Dublin 6.99----- seems like best choice
21.55 arriving at 22.45 in dublin 6.99 ----- bit late

coming back again
9.20 arriving at 10.10 in cardiff 6.99 ---- ok but seems very early
20.40 arriving at 21.30 in cardiff 0.99 ----- reckon best plan

I know prices are excluding tax and will rise by about 30 but still won't be bad . . .

Also anyone wanting to travel from Cardiff airport is welcome to come stay with me and we can travel together.....

Then we (you) can all arrive in one big group...and sit together on the plane and take bets on whose luggage will appear last on the big luggage wheel.
