It's worth a read of the Terms of service, they can use the video in more or less anyway they see fit, for anything. Also, you *must* have the copyright on the clip - so no using signed bands for the backing, unless you have permission to do so.

You should check out:

It is basically a frontend to archive.org and lets you assign keywords, specify your copyright information, etc. I don't think there's much chance archive.org is going to be trying to sell your stuff, and could always go straight to them if you don't like ourmedia.org's interface.
I haven't tried it yet, but seems pretty cool.

Well i'm gonna give it a try, I've got a video or two that I've made the music for too so that should be alright. Anyway according to what I've read the only consiquence is that they remove the vid and your video membership. But on the plus side, unlimited space, they do care if your vids are 500mb each or whatever. And in all fairness I dont think they are going to make much money ripping off fire hippies. My first vids has yet to be verified, I'll keep you posted
