I have no interest in any of these, but I like how they all happen to end in "logy"

do something business-economy-y, it's probably dull but it's useful... if I had any time for courses it's what I'd do smile alternatively, something with writing... probably journalism

Look at your interests and look at what you think is lacking in the society in which you live. If there are any crossovers between the two then that is what I would study if I were you. For instance studying how circus skills can be used to develop understanding between the deaf community and the hearing community might be a good subject to investigate.

business/ economy is needed everywhere:

want to start an art gallery? start with a business plan
want to make ur own festival? start with a business plan
want to create the next evil multi-national corporation that feeds on 5 year olds making shoes in an underground cave in
china? start with a business plan.

want to multiply money just by running it through the stock market- study economics (i have a mate who is 20 and pretty much a millionaire)

want to understand politics? study economics

i could be going on for ages.......

I'd advise you do something you enjoy, at a managerial level. Managers get paid more, plus since starting work I have a much greater appreciation for project management, logistics etc than I did before. I got my Batchelors degree in engineering last July, and am about to apply for a part time masters course starting this autumn that I can attend after work in evenings over a few years. It's not as quick as doing it full time, but I don't have to leave/compromise my job by doing so, nor do I have to go back to a full student lifestyle, i can just extract the good bits like social life and cheap sports facilities. After that I'll do some sort of business masters and by the age of 30 have a nice managerial job in my chosen area. That's the plan anyway. By 40 I wanna be doing a PhD and retire with a nice lecturing job (partly because I'd get to do research, partly because they get great holiday allowances!).

And leer at pretty young student girls, but I'm sure that never crossed your mind, right? biggrin

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

If it's a funny answer, pm it to me, if it's scary, don't. (I want my fragile little mind to stay that way smile)
