yea i made some last night with no metal hardware sticking out.

I would never make them for anyone else or for sale because eventually they may fall off but for me the perfect wicks have no weight and no exposed metal.

I use a 22mm dai or 25mm dai tube (aluminium) and cut it about 3 mil short of the kev with (both ends). Assuming u have ur own ways of connecting the chain inside, ill leave that part out.

I then lie the kev down and thread a piece of (usually copper) wire through the weave on the inside. Width ways, near one end of the kev with about 2 inch spare.

Wrap the wick leaving the wire untill last, then drill 2 holes and thread the wire into the core. pull the wire out the bottom, and fold the excess kev under the wire, then pull wire tight with plyers. Twist it up, and cut, and push excess wire into the tube.

If they are the perfect wick, why would you be afraid of other people using them?

Im not afraid of people USING them, Im afraid of people (or companies) stealing the design... And lets just say that if this post goes any further, I risk being banned. help
