I wanna be a doggie!
Things We Can Learn From A Dog:
Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joy ride.
Allow the experience of fresh air and wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
When it's in your best interest, practice obedience.
Let others know when they've invaded your territory.
Take naps and stretch before rising.
Run, romp and play daily.
Eat with gusto and enthusiasm.
Be loyal.
Never pretend to be something you're not.
If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.
Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
On hot days , drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
When you're happy, dance around and wag your whole body.
No matter how often you're scolded, don't buy into the guilt thing and pout...run right back and make friends.
Delight in the simple joy of a

in my next life I'd rather be a cat with good owners. I mean, its obvious that cats rule the house, they can sleep all day, eat occasionally, only get petted when they want to be, and basically live like gods.

man, kestrels spend their lives hovering over motorways looking for mice and other small rodents... I think t'would have to be a pereguine falcon, or a golden eagle. Although have to agree with master sodium, that to be a cat would rule too!
I have two... and i them lots, but they do fuck all; sleep, sleep, eat, sleep, sleep, pee, sleep, sleep... u get the idea... that life would kick ass!

I heard somewhere the diaries of household pets and the two in question were a dog and a cat. They went something like this:

I'm becoming ever more desperate to escape this degrading life, my keepers try to win my affection by purchasing fluffy toys and new beds but to no avail, I will refuse all attempts at bribery for my love.

Have hatched a plan to escape and will proceed to put into action when they are sleepy, musn't give the game away now, I'm so close to freedom.....

and also all dogs that i've met love playing with poi too, although their technique often leaves a lot to be desired. but at least they get into it and have a go which is more than those miserable bloody cats do with their superior snobbish attitudes.
