The old anti-cool trick. But what about the decor? 'Dave' should definately include some of those day-glo orange cardboard stars you get in old-school cafes...Maybe the bar staff could wear brown and orange checked tarbards and hairnets?

Posted:If I had a nightclub, bar or pub, I would call it "F--k Knows".

Just think of all the people across the UK, mainly on a Friday or Saturday night, who ask their friends: "Where do you fancy going out to tonight then?" and how many of them reply: "F--k knows".

That's one aspect of the night already organised cool

I'll have to think about this one. Or forget totally about it as the case will probably be.

Posted:Interesting that you started this thread. The clubs (there are two in one) that I work for and perform at have a basement which used to be a bar. They have since used it for storage and such.

I have convinced the manager to let me open a club there in 6 months (which will give me plenty of time to get the theater and studio going this summer). He even offered to back the club financially.

I am going to call it Iniquity Cabaret.

Since it is in the basement so it has this whole seedy cabaret feel, though it has silver walls which need to be repainted from when it was Pirahna (icky name).

What do ya'all think?

The guitarist from a band that played in the bar i used to work at, told me that the original name for their group was "Live Sex Show". And they changed it becuase they got sick of being attacked by drunken disapointed men....
