Don't really think they'll be that bothered by the address as those citizen cards don't even have it on, like you say though best to be on the safe side. smile

As for meeting up from what i can gather we're going to camp on Pennards hill, someone hopefully is going to make some form of flag and everyone is getting there as early as possible on Wednesday.

Oh and this is to everyone soapbox there is a band playing on the thursday night in the Avalon cafe called 3 daft monkeys they are a really good nu-folk type band and they want as many people to go as possible. I feel that a gang of people waving poi about like crazy people is a good enough audiance for anyone so yeah that is now also a part of the plan!!!

peace

I just wanted to say, nope I am not attending, but one of my favoritest bands is playing on the 25th on the Dance stage and the 26th on the World/Jazz stage, so I thought I give a heads up

Oojami !!!!!

And if there are bellydancers in the house, or if there are those who really like Turkish break-beats this is the band to check out.
You *will not* regret it. They are better live than on cd even.

(Saw them last night, couldn't stop dancing, and now today..I can't start moving ubblol )

just found out there will be fun and silly workshops going on outside the te POOKa toys stall, including such things as

paint your wellies
gumboot dancing
poi(beginners)
staff(beginners)
poi(more difficult) taught by me
staff (also more difficult)(also taught by me)
mincing and poncing
extreeeeem contact(mcp)

all the times and the like will be up on a big noticeboard by the stall, which will be somewhere in the dance field opposite suggs loungs and bar, near the roots tent.

twill be wicked.

see y'all there.

ps. you are cordially invited to the gypsy marathon on sunday night at lost vagueness. i'll be playing at 4am with Orkestra del sol and then joined on stage by carnival collective - 35 piece sambe madness- as the sun comes up. then meandering stone(d) circle wards methinks.

Weather forecasts are generally not very accurate beyond five days ahead. There are just too many variables.

That said, we are far more confident than would usually be the case in the long-range forecast for Glastonbury 2005.

All the computer models are in agreement - it will be great for Glasto!

hah, lies. the forecast has chaged every day for the last 2 weeks. going from blistering heat to lashing rain + everything in between.
i'd say just wait and see. wink

I agree, anything over 48hours is unreliable

Nice to hear them talk about sun rather than rain at this late stage

either way take: wellies, suncream, waterproofs, hat

I've got an aussie barmah hat, they're fantastic all weather hats.
