Actually I just realised something. They cropped out the top of my picture! The tip of the hand should be visible frown Looks like I'll be writing to them today.

Ros: Luck for sure! wink The rest of it was a result trying desperately to take a picture which justified the cost of the camera (I love my good ol' filmie ubblove) ubblol (for talent, keep reading..)

Well now that so many wonderful photo appreciating people are in here, I'll treat you all to a link to one of my favourite photographers (I had the fortune to stumble across in the vast sea which is photo.net).

What he does is a technique he calls lightbrushing (which some of you poi photographing people might understand a bit easier), where he sets up a scene in total darkness, opens his shutter for a long exposure, then uses various torchlights (sometimes coloured) to 'paint' his subject onto the film.
