Can somebody tell me how to read Private messages, I know how to write them but I can't work out how to read them and i'm being shouted at for not responding. (I fear i'm demonstrating my highly lacking computer skills, but i can't help being a technophobe - not even sure if that's how you spell it)

Below the "Post Reply" and the "New Topic" buttons there is a link called "My Profile", click on this and it will take you to the PM screen
