Posted: a friend just sent me this. I wont be able to do it, but is anyone else interested? I have contact details of the person involved - contact me here and i can pass them on
I've just been asked by a friend whether I know any fire twirlers who would be interested in putting on a small show at a charity event at Gladesville Public School at about 10pm on Friday 18th March.
She suggested about 15 minutes, but that's flexible - I'm not sure how long a fire-twirling performance would normally go for. The theme is Arabian Nights (fun, magical, mystical), so there is scope there for dressing up and fun and games. The rest would be up to the performer or performers.
So, would you be interested in doing it? Or do you know anyone else who would? Being a charity event, there is no pay involved, but they'd cover any costs.
