Hi all you spinners,
im from the northern beaches in sydney. I spin a 4 footer (jo Staff), been trying realy hard to get a small group together to start regular spin nights. If ure near the Northern beaches area plz post, i wanna find some of you!!

nice to meet you i live in palm beach (no im not rich). Chatswood is pretty far from me
, but none the less i think we should meet up for a spin some time. The best way to learn is from others i reckon.

i spin staff, only tried poi once and very briefly before clocking myself on the head whoops!
then thought better and decided maybe i should concentrate on 1 thing at a time...
well i work in belrose which is closer to palmie than chatswood.... but i don't mind where we do it, the beach would be nicest. what days are you free?

weekends mostly, im still at school, but i have a few afternoons off.
yeah i must aggree beaches are the best for it. theres never anyone around at night, at the smell and sound of the sea is so calming (for when you smash yourself in the back of the head :P)
i fine with any beach between manly and palmy, name one and ill meet u there sometime.

well... my fav is between newport and mona vale, its a called Bugan Beach, theres no access by road theres hardly ever anyone there and its perfect for body surfing. but its a pretty out of the way for you and most of my other fire twirling mates. other beaches a little closer to you that i can think off are dee why beach (i think, i went there once for a party and there was someone there having a spin, figured it could be good) most other beaches are good, theres always spots out-of-the-way from all distractions. although i do love a good crowd "oooing" and "ahhhing". i'm not really familliar with alot of the beaches up that way but if you've got any more idea's, plz tell.

i've been listening to him for a few years now and i saw him for the the first time at Byron bay Blues Fest last year. He is sooooooooooo good live, you gonna have soooooo much fun. Grrrrrr im so jealous....
anther musician that i think is in the running for god, Xavier Rudd, Love his music and it always amazing to see him doing all that stuff at once.

yeah xavier im a big fan of, been following him for about 4-5 years now.... hes a really nice guy as well if you ever meet him. and his son is gorgeous!! and his music just blows me away...
i had vip tix to falls festival this past new years so was playing with his son backstage i had so much fuN!

true, the sun doesnt bugger-off till bout then.... we can always practise unlit if its still too light, it'll be easier to show each other how to do our moves that way too.
