As I am feeling a little blue after my World summitt ponder, I thought I would list some simple things that make me smile during the day
1 - The cool new Smiley's (I'm with you DFQ)
2 - Getting a seat on the tube
3 - Someone holding the door open for me
4 - Smile from a stranger
5 - Stretching
6 - That first cup of coffee in the morning
7 - Chocolate
8 - When I go home and my boyfriend has made dinner
9 - Withnail and I
10 - Talking with my friends / family
11 - Eastenders (no matter how crap your day has been, someone in Albert Square is having a worse one)
12 - Fridays - knowing that the weekend is full of fun possibilitys
13 - Sipping a cool beer, listening to music in the garden
14 - Open fires
Etc Etc
See I feel better already -

sweetie, hope you feel better, but this is very precisely what i do too when i am a bit down
listing random happy things ...
in fact I remember that thread a short while ago... let me try to find it, you'll probably like to read it all
DAMN ... can't seem to locate it ... as if teh search engine isn't working anymore
anyway ... the title was "random list of likes and dislikes" and some people posted such beautiiful things ...
can anyone help me out find it to make Kat smile, please ?

I know that sometimes when I am blue I like the and atmosphere here ... feels warm and cosy.
And about those crepes, I suggest we meet next time I am in London so you can actually tastes them

All time number 1:- Hugz off someone cute, while lying in a sunbeam, coming down after a heavy night with a cuppa and a spliff
After that in no particular order......
2) More hugz
3) Fluffy poi peeps
4) Reefas
5) People saying thanks after you hold the door open for them/move out of their way in the street - coz it doesn't happen too often for me.
6) That 12th Cup of coffee in the morning -
7) Smileys
8) Virtual hugz
9) Random social phone calls (even if I'm asleep at the time - lol)
10) Sunbeams

1 Music - anything except garage which lets face it is just plain WRONG!!
2 Spinning - keeps my mind on the fire and off my problems!!
3 Chillin with my mates - best thing in the world to me!!
4 Downtime (sleep) - relaxing, refreshing, good for ya!!
5 The naughty S word (hehehe), mind you who doesn't? It's great and perks me up no end!!
6 Martial arts - Mind and body conditioning, nothing better!!

I love going 'home home' at Christmas and the fresh crisp scent of winter and the luminescence of the stars in the sky.

I like eating splodge
and balancing stuf
when things get a bit hectic and we starting jumping about going woooooooo wooooooooooo
when i pass someone on the street and we smile and go morniiiiiiiiing, mornnninggggg,
lieing on the floor on the tube or swinging from those hold you up things if yo hang on one side by the door and your mate hangs on the other side you can swing up and touch your feet together into a bridge i like my seedlings are coming up its like spring in my bedroom. i like having a bedroom although its slowly losing its novelty again. I like having fights with goats when i give em crusties and they try and headbut me into the mud.

- when you suddenly rediscover how great a band is
- snowball fights
- a stranger smilling at you
- cuddles and kisses
- people rubbing your head when u smash your face with poi *blush*
- when a photo comes out really well
- dancing no matter how much you look like a your dad at a wedding after several pints ! *again blush*
- people being nice to you when your sad
- cheese and ham toasties!!
