Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourself, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous and talented? Who are you NOT to be?

You can't avoid pain by fencing yourself from it.
Some times you need the help of others more than anything else
But you have to let them close enough to help......

That's actually the most synchronized I've ever seen TWO people, let alone tens.

But if they're going to steal all of our moves, they could at least give us credit. wink

Well, shall we go?
Yes, let's go.

The idea of swinging something heavy around on the end of a rope is certainly not all that unique to the Maori. I've been thinking for a while that what we do these days is less inspired by the Maori form than loads of other influences. There's probably more Indian club swinging in what we do than maori poi.

All together now......

E hara i te mea

Tuku iho tuku iho

Te whenua te whenua
Te oranga mo te iwi
No nga tupuna
Tuku iho tuku iho

Whakapono tumanako
Te aroha ki te iwi
No nga tupuna
Tuku iho tuku iho
