Right i am suck in bed for a week, then i am stuck in a flat only being alowed to hobble around a little for another week...

Any ideas what to do? Already watched all my DvD's, nearly finished my book, and i don't have unlimited broadband so i can't spend all day online. Plus i lent my contact juggling ball to a friend so i can't CJ.

I have to remain with my leg up on the bed so i can't do anything involving moving you leg/bending you knee etc....

Please help me from my boredom... ubbangel

Edit: (although i do have someone visiting this weekend... which will be good ubbrollsmile)

Well Alice, you should pester your friends with cars to come round and visit you!!

Maybe you could try drawing? I really want to learn how to draw properly and would definately do it if I couldn't get up for a while!!

You could practice your singing, eat lots of pies or write a book!

Slicing the Loaf as we speak.

I need it..... Trust me!

um, I always like an enormous puzzle book when I'm stuck in bed

or how about playing staff - with a pencil smile. Fingerspinny-tastic!

or, um... making things?
I used to sew in bed, until I sewed my duvet into what I was making rolleyes
knitting is safer
you could make socks smile
(pink ones obviously)
or make great plans of all the tricks you know and all the ones you want to learn and all the adventures that you're going to have to go learn them

coloured pencils will help you in this

hug for you and I hope you get up and about soon

What about your juggling stuff, you can play with balls while you're in bed can't you?? ubbangel

I'll be bringing some stuff (cake, contact ball etc) that you are more than welcome to keep hold of til you're leg is mended! (not that I'm expecting to be able to prise the chocolate cake away from you anyway, no matter how poorly you are),.

Let me know if theres anything else I can squeeze into the car to bring up!

not sure whether this will work, but if you chop the legs off an old pair of stockings and but a ball in the toe, tie the end to something near you bed, you can play ball games without worrying about losing the ball. maybe make a bullseye and stick it to your wall, try to hit the middle. Seemed like a great idea in my head, but seems much more boring when i see it i print. oh well.

Make that suit of chain that you always wanted. or maybe Sir Sheep wants. I am sure those rings will be very comfy in bed.
Ask Sheepedness if you can do the hems on a new frock...ummm......

Im sure you have slept enough. Take in foreign boarders biggrin to come keep you company and tell you silly stories.
PM your mobile number so we can all SMS you. Make sure you put English area country blah code.
umm....turn your brain to mush by watching daytime telli. Get sucked in by all the soapies.

Im not being very helpful here. I think I would buy a computer game that I have been wanting for ages and spend weeks on that.
