If you have someone that you sent a message and they have yet to read it, and you know they have been on the boards recently, this is the place to let them know that you have replied and are egerly waiting for them to read it.
My list goes as follows...

There is the possibility that they have, infact, read the PM's they just haven't repied of the HOP board. This is largly due to the fact that when someone sends you a PM HOP sends you an email saying as such with the message attached. I believe it does this automaticly unless you change your settings to change that.
So when it looks like they just haven't read your PM they are, in fact, just ignoring you.

i finally made it to this thread... i am far too eficient checkings my pms..... probably cos i dont get many hehe,
C@ntus, in regard to recent PM, i neglected to say, that out of the Pebeo paints, i use Setacolour, opaques and opaque shimmers. I find that the transparents bleed too much. Hope this makes sense!
