I picked Pele up from the hospital today. She plans to rest a lot today but may get online tomorrow.
I'll do my best to provide details tonight. If you ask any questions expect me to take at least a day to answer them as I have to tend to her first.
I just wanted to let you all know.

Oh Sure PWB, take the wind from my sails...I wanted to tell them!
Hi everyone! I'm ba-ack and ready to bug the hell out of you, at least in short spurts while I'm recovering. I am staying with PWB right now and trying to regain my strength, as well as heal this damn hole in my neck up!
Other than being very tired I am pretty good. I have a decent sized incision that needs to heal in my throat. I had to re-learn to breathe, swallow and walk, which was and still can be painful. Right now my neck is giving me the most discomfort (It itches!!!!!), so I am good.
I cried when I read the outpouring of love from everyone on here. You have no idea what all of it means to me. I can not begin to tell you how much strength I got from your messages. There were so many times when it really seemed hopeless to me but I would look at the cards and such and be inspired. Thank you all.

To all! I can not believe the fund for me!!! I have no personal medical insurance coverage, and had to apply for emergency assistance, so rest assured it will be put to good use! Thank you! *sniffle*
And yes everyone, I can have fruit now!!! I am going to aim for some cantaloupe in the next few days! I can't eat much, after nearly 5 weeks of no food, the stomach tends to shrink a bit, but I am enjoying what I can have and I really love my juice!
I have been asked a million times if I will fire breathe anymore. I would love to, as it is something I enjoy but...I was told I came very close to death (don't worry, no white tunnel story or anything) and since I have a little boy, I just don't know if I want to press my luck. I will still be spinning and doing the rest of the fire arts, just not anytime very soon, as I think I would make myself dizzy, and fall and break something! LOL
Anyway, I can not thank you all enough!!!!
