if i'm stressed, what i like to do is have a good moan about it, have a beautiful cup of tea, preferably with a joint, preferably while listening to something laid back like Jack Johnson, Ben Harper or Bob Marley. by this point I should have calmed right down and ready for some chocolate and another cuppa tea!
