Yep, its a great form of upper muscle and cardiovascular exercise.

Let's turn those old bridges we crossed into ashes.
We'll blaze a new trail,
and torch the rough patches.

yay for upper muscle and cardiovascular exercise.
also good for your lymphatic system too, but noone ever remembers the lymphatic system... always straight for the cardiovascular. your lymph are very important too, you know.
you dont want to know where you'd be if you didnt have your lymphs.
so lets hear it for the lymphatic system, ok?

those that know, dont say. those that say, dont know.

i wouldn't unless you do some general upper body workout too... else you end up with huge arms and shoulders attached to a couple of sticks of celery and a toast rack...

I have become a pair of gigantic arms attached to a rather un-muscle-bound body. Oh well, as long as I never need to do anything more strenuous than carrying shopping I'll be juuuust fine. smile
