Posted: Hey i have just started poi and i was massing around from like swaping one poi 2 the other hand and then swinging it so it looks like ur swinging a staff
and then wraping it under ur leg and leting go of one making it spin up behind u can grabing it withthe other hand and swing them in to a chase i can do it on fire in the day but i just cant see the chain at night hummmm i might put summin that glows in the dark on the end of the chain
