Yeah Bristol if you like to more undergroundish music scene!

Also the Smilyest place in the country. So imagine what the clubs are like! bounce

Betterer than anywhere! biggrin

Discalaimer: I live there. wink

I wouldn't recoment the computery games courses for a few reasons*

1. Pigeon hole yourself.
2. You better be good to get into the games industry.
4. And be prepered to work bloody hard with long hours.
3. If you are good then you won't need a course about it you'll already know alot

* All My opinions so ignore as needed smile

well if you are into a good clubbing scene go to bournemouth.

one place i would certainly not reccommend......University of central england in birmingham...avoid at all costs. its in a run down area and can be quite dangerous at night. i should know i went there

If hope can grow from dirt like me.....It can be done.

garthy: Cheers for the advise on the computer games courses, im not bad but im still on the basics so maybe it would be best not to specialise yet.

Filthy-Ralph: Im not at all bothered about clubs all i need is a place to spin smile

My girlfriend is doing illustration there, which is like a parallell course (she's meant to be doing illustration and animation, she's just not)..

It seems like a good uni. She gets on well with her tutors, and the facilities are fine. Southampton's a pretty good town, I'm in Brighton and there's no comparison in terms of nightlife, really, but Soton has a big spinning community.

If you have any specific questions I'd be glad to ask her though! But PM them to me or I might miss them smile

What a wonderful miracle if only we could look through each other's eyes for an instant.

Hey man

i did my degree at the intitute - it was in construction so i cant really advise on the computing side of things - good place, lots of cash in the institute (who now have Uni status i belive) they do have some top equipment and facilities and are always growing......plus side is the institute is rihht in the centre of town - along with the southampton parks right opposite - great place to go in summer day time for spins and stuff............as for poi-ing in the area, lots of it all over hants biggrin

But if its clubs, noooooo dont come here they are pooo frown, lots of bars and food joints.........any other questions dude get in touch, there are many good uni's to choose from im sure biggrin

Good luck..........
