Hmmm - I was quite impressed you got 3 out of 7 words spelt wrong in the title wink

eBay's great for selling stuff - some friends of Mrs Durbs sold a cobblestone from outside their college in Oxford for £3 to an American rolleyes

Selling it isn't sad - it's the people who buy it smile

I have had a cheese and onion crisp that looked like mother Theresa of Calcutta.
And another one that looked like Elvis.

I ate them both, I felt better for it. But perhaps I should have kept them to sell.

Anyone remember that picture of Ian Hislop that they pointed to on Have I Got News For You? It was part of a charity auction to raise money for a school and has no bids. After the program there were real and fake bids being made, at one point it went up to £10,000,000! Next week they had an update, it eventually sold for a little over £100.

"Mrs Wossname complained to the programme claiming that she had been up all night dealing with fake eBay bids and that we invaded her privicy. If any one wants to contact her and tell her their oppions on the subject her email address is

ok, that is so stupid!!
how can people be spending so much,
and if she really belived it was mary and brought her luck (which according to christianity dosnt exist as everything is planned so luck cant be real) why would she sell it, i mean she will obviously win more in the casino if she keeps it! (sarcastic voice)

oh and i am a christian, we dont all try to spot holy images in our food!! smile

this is the best part in the sellers description
"You can imagine my surprise when I picked up this piece of toast and noticed the face of the Virgin Mary herself gazing warmly back at me. All of a sudden, I felt a sense of peace come over the room and I knew that this was a blessing. Ever sense the toast was made, I have felt lifted by its presence and feel as though it has helped me work through issues in my life"
