with your bth stuff, try getting bth throws from the bar, to land btb

so throw over your shoulder or head as you would do, but catch at the base of your back

yeah i was talking about throwing from the bar, past the ear, as if you where going to catch bte, so including the body twist.

but leting teh catch drop to thebase of yoru spine beofre catchin.

i also figured out this weeka really nice slow drop cach.

put your arm into a v shape, so your hand is on yorucollar bone, holdingthe bottle so your thumbisfacing down gipping teh bottle on the neck so that the spout is pointing upright.

now drop thebottle down the crack in your arm, extending your arm to alow it to run down, ad catch it again in your hand when you have a fully extended arm

simple but hard to explain!

yeh u can do a trick dispearance of the bottle, u knwo the thing u were talking about but instead pull the bottle more towards behind your head or over your shoulder so it beocmes invisible to anyone in front of you and say if you did it with your right hand, bring your left hand behind so then let go of the bottle and let your left hadn catch it behind your back so then to the audience it looks like the bottle was there it then goes behind your back and tis gone!

remebr to slow our moves down, ts easy to think more spins makes it look cool, but it dont....

slow loks much better if you ask me

come up with some big circle patterns to, so that you arenot just pulling trick after trick after trick, some big crcles work looks really nice

can you do juggle club throws, in half, one, one and a half, double and triple throws, i would suggest learning those, and also a couple of multiplexes?

Screech my best advice is to use your hand not to stop the bottle but to CUSHION it, if your finding its making a loud sound or its hurting your knuckles your doing it wrong, try toally opening your hand and spready your fingers apart, toss the bottle lightly so its not spinning fast and aim to cushion its landing by sort curliung your flat hand under the base if that helps at all,

i also found aout again, that a bottle half full of water, and a volvic quare one (large one liter) bottle at that moves very dieefernlty, but can also be used quite well for parctice, large base.

erm, there are a few sites around, go to https://www.flairco.com
and see their links, they supply some good links and i think some of the sites have forums, if you want to learn just do what i do, get a job in a bar that doesnt mind flairing, either a cocktail bar or a place like TGI fridays, get yourself a flair bottle from here and also here is very good for flair advice,
any help i can give i'd be glad to smile
