Login/Join to ParticipatePosted:I've been working alone for half a year with one long staff, I learned all the tricks I saw on videos, and then I twisted them to form new tricks.
I think I got to a real high level with the staff, as a weapon, not as juggling, but I have reached the peak of myself, the only way I can improve myself is by learning with and from other people.
But I cant find anyone, in Israel.
I need help with contact staff, do any of you know a good site that can teach me stuff? I site with many videos, I cant understand the staff language in English :P
Or any other tips that might help me :P

where MCP has kindly written up a rather large amount of info. if you have trouble with the written stuff, go to MCP's website where theres heaps of videos of individual moves. cheers.

I started learning kapoera and taekwando in the past two months. it goes preety well with the staff
