I've been working alone for half a year with one long staff, I learned all the tricks I saw on videos, and then I twisted them to form new tricks.
I think I got to a real high level with the staff, as a weapon, not as juggling, but I have reached the peak of myself, the only way I can improve myself is by learning with and from other people.
But I cant find anyone, in Israel.
I need help with contact staff, do any of you know a good site that can teach me stuff? I site with many videos, I cant understand the staff language in English :P
Or any other tips that might help me :P

where MCP has kindly written up a rather large amount of info. if you have trouble with the written stuff, go to MCP's website where theres heaps of videos of individual moves. cheers.

I found my way into MCP's website once, and then I lost it, but now all the videos there are working so its super cool =D

Meg is an awesome spinner, love all her vids. Check out Bender too. Just do a search thru the vids. He has some great stuff as well. Doubles stuff too.

why do you learn..agh..i think people call them "tricks"..basically acrobatics and whatnot.....cant remember the site offhand but they go over things like wall flips while doing poi/staff...etc
