Summer Location: Queen Victoria gardens.

The aim is not for a solely firetwirling night, but a night whereby firetwirlers, jugglers, contact jugglers, diabolo etc can meet. So feel free to bring friends who may be interested.

Night starts at 6pm for all those who are keen to learn. Fire starts after dark 7.00 - 8ish till late!

So.... the location is Queen Victoria Gardens

St. Kilda Road – opposite 'National Gallery of VIC' (Old Arts Gallery with spire)

The grassed area near the three raised palm trees. (Look out for the bronze statue hammer thrower)

With only a 5 minute walk over the princess bridge from Flinders Street station.

Here's the map

https://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...360&ie=UTF8

*WINTER LOCATION*

Under the Princess bridge (Southbank side). Where the Southbank Sundey market happens.

Have people noticed that the St Kilda festival is on Sunday Week? (11th) Do people feel like going down there for a nice beach twirl instead of the normal sunday spot?

Was hoping to go to the fest, depends on how well I've moved in/transport/money situation

Where's the normal Sunday spot?! I'm new to Melbourne, (arrived yesterday) so I'm yet to meet any spinners here. And are there any places to buy spinning equipment, such as a staff? Or does it all have to be online? As I didn't bring mine with me.

Welcome to melbourne...
Go back a few pages and there are a few maps on how to get to the "usual" sunday spot...
The only place in melbourne to get circus type equipment is Juggleart (Google it...) but your best option is the online option and use this site (much cheaper... :-P)

I haven't been for a few weeks so wait for some1 else to post to tell us whether it's back in the usual or still in St Kilda...
PLEASE ANSWER SUM1, I personally need to know...

Other than that... Can't wait to meet you, I hope to be back within the next couple of weeks...
*hugs to all*

Me and a friend checked out the spinning scene at Luna Park last night, pretty fun and relaxed. Shall see everyone who's going on Sunday! Looking to learn some more hardcore contact moves if someone is willing to teach.
