tonight, all the new stars that appear in the sky have special meaning (not just because their colours indicate how fast they are receding from us)

*sniffling* pleeease go to Burning man Mike....pretty please? with sugar and a cherry on top?

BTW, i've already gone through the "quarter century" jokes so let me be the first so you'll get used to it......
Hey! You're up to a quarter of a century now! How's it feel to be that much closer to ancient?
Sorry Mike, at least it's coming from someone who's been there!

Thank you all for your birthday wishes.

Bender, why do the stars have special meaning if not for their doppler shifts? Is it because one might eventually pass near us in a few million years and knock our planet out of orbit?

Ade, we aren't going to mention 30, K? That's five years off. (Oh gawd...five years ago seems like yesterday...)

And Valura, while I agree Cancer is a great sign, I have no Cancer traits about me. Just as well, I suppose. Either my sign is a disease or a crab.

Your intuition should be very strong right now, and your dreams could be providing you with plenty of valuable insights as well. You might find yourself obsessing over certain issues when there's really no point in it. Just be careful not to burn any bridges right now. New opportunities should be on their way soon.

(i woudv baked u a cake but thats a hell of a lotta candles plus they only come in packs of 10 ..... ull have to wait till ur 30 mate .... wont be too long now )

I'd bake you a cake, too, but I'm in Prague right now and don't think you'd really want it by the time it got to you.

Can miles truly separate us from friends? If we want to be with someone we love aren't we already there? If there is someone willing to show, and there is someone willing to see; magic happens. This is whem humans are alive. This is when the wingless fly.

Well, on my calendar it is still the 8th, even if it isn't on the HoP calendar!

What? A quater of a century isn't so bad. I mean, you've lived long enough to double the life span of many other animals on the planet! And a bottle of wine made that long ago can go for a pretty penny!

(Oh, if my clock gets cleaned does that mean it'll stop ticking??? Yay...no older for me!!!)

I wish that everyday for you is magical and that every year is better than the last! It doesn't matter how old your body gets (until the fun parts don't stay up anymore! ) as long as your heart stays young!
Happy First Day Mike!

And Pele manages to be the first person in history to make a "Quarter of a Century" remark without ticking off a 25-year-old! And she even made me laugh!

That's an impressive sign of sensitivity there.

{Gives Pele a huge hug}

Ok, {grabbing rag and windex} where's that clock you needed me to clean?
