hey guys. i pulled of a foot weave today and wanted to know of any else be side *amy* and 2bags can do it. for ne one who doesnt really get how to do it, just try to do the exact same movements you do with you hands but instead, in your feet. over, under, across

It looks very very silly and is kind of a novelty move, not much practical use.

But is fun to do!

i did one handed butterflys using just my teeth once.... it went for awhile... then it hurt... :/

its loads of fun. it easy but hard. the motion is easy but to get the poy to spin w/o tangling is a real pain. i aslo do butterflys in my feet mouth, hands(duh!) and other fun stuff

the first time i ever met UCOF he was doing a box weave with his feet

although technically it was meant to be a 3 beat...
