i just made the best milkshake! and its really good for you! try it:
4 bananas
1 & 1/2 tbsp melted honey
6 tbsp natural youghurt
2 tbsp fresh lime juice *optional*
1/2 pint milk (or however much to make it to the right consistency)
blend it all together and hay presto, a darn good milkshake. ooh you can blend ice-cubes with it if its not cold enough but make sure you blend it really well or it'll be all lumpy, hehe.
mmmmmmmmmmm........enjoy
(note: if you have hayfever and you use local honey it makes you more immune
)

how many millimetres is a pint, for all us advanced, metric people? Is something that healthy good for you? would vodka, or some other spirit, mix with it, so you get alcoholic banana smoothies? how do you melt honey? should i be drinking these instead of coffee at 0136?
